Bergendal Country Villas is a secure estate with a manned entrance and access-controlled access.

The two downstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom, while the main bedroom, featuring an en-suite bathroom, is located upstairs.

The kitchen is fitted with built-in cupboards and includes plumbing points for both a washing machine and a dishwasher.

Although these units are not DSTV-ready, access to DSTV, YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and other streaming services is available with a Smart TV and an internet package of your choice. The estate is fibre-ready.

Utilities will be managed and billed through Voltano Metering. The unit allows pre paid electricity.

A holding deposit of R1,200 towards utilities is payable directly to Voltano Management.

Upon successful application approval and once the lease agreement has been signed, the following costs will be payable:

Damage Deposit x 1 month (equal to the rental amount)
Once off contract fee R1500
